In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lg9999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the lg9999 platform at https://lg9999.org, including its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" means the lg9999 website located at https://lg9999.org, the lg9999 mobile application, and all associated services, games, features, content, and interfaces made available by lg9999.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the lg9999 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player in PKR that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to applicable verification requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to Wagering Requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly until those requirements are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance (or the sum of a deposit and a bonus) must be staked before the resulting winnings may be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the base currency of all transactions on the lg9999 Platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including but not limited to identity document checks, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

To register an Account and use the lg9999 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lg9999 operates a strict minimum age policy. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts held on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the lg9999 Platform or excluded by lg9999 for any reason.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of lg9999, or an immediate family member of any such person.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the lg9999 Platform. Creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

Your lg9999 Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including all bets placed, games played, and transactions conducted. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person.

You agree to notify lg9999 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised. lg9999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

lg9999 recommends enabling all available security features on your Account, including SMS OTP two-factor authentication and device recognition. These features are available from the Account security settings dashboard.

lg9999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, following unusual account activity, or as required by our compliance obligations. Players must cooperate fully with KYC requests. Accounts under KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Inactive Accounts — defined as Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be classified as dormant. lg9999 will make reasonable attempts to contact the Account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee applicable to dormant Accounts will be stated in the relevant promotional or account terms at the time of application.

All deposits and withdrawals on the lg9999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). lg9999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are supported:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa (instant processing)
• Interbank Transfer: Raast, 1LINK
• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and major Pakistani banks
• Cash Deposit: Via supported bank branches

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the player's Account instantly upon confirmation of receipt. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) to three (3) business hours subject to the sending institution's processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one (1) to three (3) business hours for bank transfers. These timeframes are targets and may be extended in circumstances beyond lg9999's reasonable control, including bank processing delays or compliance review requirements.

lg9999 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been used to make a prior deposit to the Account, or that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder through the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

lg9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any deposit transaction, including screenshots of JazzCash or EasyPaisa receipts, bank statements, or other supporting documentation, as part of its transaction verification procedures. Players are advised to retain all payment records.

lg9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the registration process and, where required, completed KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer specifies its own Wagering Requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, and expiry period. These details are stated in the offer terms presented at the time of the promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus winnings are credited as Bonus Balance until the Wagering Requirement has been met in full, at which point the qualifying amount is transferred to the Real Money Balance and becomes withdrawable.
• lg9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of the promotional terms.
• Players may not hold more than one welcome bonus. New player bonuses are available only to first-time Account holders who have not previously registered on the lg9999 Platform.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

All bets placed and games played on the lg9999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as displayed within the Platform interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or disconnection during a game or betting event, lg9999 will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant game rules and fairness standards. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.

All casino games on the lg9999 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of our RNG systems is independently audited. lg9999 does not interfere with, manipulate, or adjust game outcomes under any circumstances.

For sports betting markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the displayed odds at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules for the relevant market.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension during key match events. lg9999 does not accept liability for bets placed on suspended markets that were inadvertently accepted due to latency or connectivity issues.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed in the relevant market interface. lg9999 reserves the right to limit winnings on any market to the stated maximum payout.

lg9999 reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, as a result of a system glitch displaying incorrect odds, or as part of a coordinated match-fixing or arbitrage scheme.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lg9999 Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such discovery must be reported to lg9999 immediately
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal infrastructure
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise defraud lg9999
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity in connection with sporting events available on the lg9999 sportsbook
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lg9999 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to lg9999's systems, infrastructure, or other players' Accounts

lg9999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where Prohibited Conduct involves suspected criminal activity, lg9999 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and provide all information requested by those authorities, without prior notice to the player.

All content on the lg9999 Platform — including but not limited to the lg9999 brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, databases, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of lg9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from lg9999
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software underlying the Platform
• Using the lg9999 brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the Platform using automated tools

Any breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

lg9999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by lg9999 is used for the following principal purposes:

• Conducting KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) verification

• Any losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete
• Any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond lg9999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures

Where lg9999's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, lg9999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered players from the Account dashboard:

lg9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engaging in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request
• Discovery that an Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2

Players may close their own Accounts at any time by contacting lg9999 support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (subject to satisfactory KYC completion) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon Account closure unless it has already satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirements.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated by lg9999 as a result of a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions or Prohibited Conduct, lg9999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or financial crime is confirmed, the full balance may be forfeited and reported to the appropriate authorities.

lg9999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — lg9999 will provide reasonable advance notice by:

• Displaying a prominent notification on the Platform homepage and/or login screen
• Sending a notification to the mobile number or email address registered to the Account

Minor amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without prior notice.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. By continuing to use the lg9999 Platform after amended Terms & Conditions take effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

lg9999 operates a formal complaints procedure. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within five (5) business days. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts or arbitral tribunals for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above procedures.
